A new physical exam is required for ALL student-athletes PRIOR to the start of the new school year. Students are required to use the downloadable Physical Form document that is located in the FORMS tab. No student will be allowed to participate in a sport until their PHYSICAL EXAM FORM has been turned into the Athletic Department AND all Electronic Athletic Participation Forms have been submitted online and approved by the Athletic Department.
